Positive: My stay at Ben Ben Hotel in Aswan was truly special. From the very first moment, the Guest relation, Sweet Nervana, welcomed us with genuine kindness, warmth, and generosity. Everyone there carries a softness that makes you feel immediately at ease. The hotel itself has a calm, almost magical atmosphere. The quiet of the Nile, the gentle light, and the peaceful surroundings create a sense of escape from the noise of the world. Every detail feels carefully thought out, adding to the overall comfort and serenity. I am deeply grateful for the beautiful days I spent there. It is a wonderful destination for rest, reflection, and anyone seeking a calming and memorable experience in Aswan. Thank you to the whole team Nervana, Nardeen, Malak, Heba, Mostafa, Mohammad and Ziyad for their hospitality. I truly recommend this place.
