At fairmont nile city we strive to upkeep and enhance our venues to augment the quality of our valuable guest's experience. in order to keep this promise, we must occasionally close certain areas of the hotel for maintenance and enhancements to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our guests, late check out fees of 25 usd per hour applied after 2 pm, as part of fairmont nile city’s continuous efforts to ensure the wellbeing of our guests and providing the highest level of luxury experience, kindly note that we will be conducting an uplifting in some of the hotel’s secondary areas that might cause some noise, we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause, at fairmont nile city, we strive to provide our guests with top-of-the line facilities that enhance the quality of their stay. in order to keep that promise, we must occasionally close certain areas of the hotel for maintenance to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our guests. accordingly, we would like to inform you that sky pool is temporarily closed starting from february 5th until february 14th, 2024, for uplifting. we appreciate your kind understanding, in accordance with government regulations, starting july 1, 2023, an additional 1% tourism fee will be charged on the room rate per night, with a maximum of 50 egp per person per night. please take this into consideration when planning your stay with us. thank you for your understanding, sky pool closure: effective february 6th, 2025, the sky pool will be closed for one week due to unplanned maintenance. we apologize for any inconvenience.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
