Summary: I stayed for six nights with my wife and teenage daughter. We were pleased with the hotel overall. The staff was friendly and attentive. They were always helpful if we had any type of request. The food was as expected: varied options at each meal, good flavor, probably as good as you’ll get at any all-inclusive resort in Egypt. It was a bit cool during January, but the hotel does have one heated pool. Other notes: -there’s a pharmacy on-site (prices are very high by Egyptian standards) -clinic on-site costs $100 for a visit -mini golf has a new 9-hole course -our water was off for 2 days, but it wasn’t the hotel’s fault; kinda normal for Egypt
