Summary: We recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcome felt unenthusiastic and unhelpful, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. Unfortunately, most of the staff I encountered seemed unfriendly or indifferent, which made even simple requests feel awkward. The food was passable but nothing memorable, average quality at best. As for the rooms, they were outdated. The furniture and decor looked tired, and the overall condition made the stay far less comfortable than I had hoped. With a bit of updating and maintenance, this could be improved significantly. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the combination of unfriendly service, mediocre food, and old rooms made for a disappointing visit. I hope management invests in improvements soon.
