Located in the green upscale area of Talbia, one minute from the Jerusalem Theater, and only 14 minutes walk to the famous Montefiore Windmill and lookout over the Old City, it's one of the safest neighbourhoods of Jerusalem. This private ground floor apartment has an incredible garden and patio to enjoy a morning coffee or dinner outdoors amongst the trees - a rarity in Jerusalem. Just renovated to high standards, the apartment has air conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen, comfortable furniture, and brand new linens. There is a washing machine and dryer as well. The four bedrooms have a queen size beds and pull-outs that convert to double beds, easily accommodating 8 people. The bedrooms and the neighborhood is nice and quiet for a peaceful sleep while being close to key tourist spots. The location is five minutes walk to the Inbal hotel, only 12 minutes from King David Hotel, and is just down the road to the famous old Hanson House (old leper home) where there are often events, music, and exhibitions. Just two minutes away is the #13 bus which takes you past Mamilla Mall, the Great Synagogue, into the City Center, and finally to the religious neighborhoods of Geula and Mea Shearim. You can also walk straight to the Old City via the beautiful and historic Yemim Moshe neighborhood, only 25 minutes to the Zion Gate. Don't miss a walk around the neighborhood, with all its parks and beautiful old Jordanian style houses. You’ll love it.
