Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room was spacious and HK staffs were really kind. Reception team was also very accommodating. The ladies speak wonderful English. I don’t know their names but they are professional. Room View was good. The restaurant manager was also good.

Negative: The worst is the security , they look at you with suspicion, they keep peeping around in corridor and they act like as if they are guarding a prison not a hotel. They need to be bit more hospitable and stop asking each time the room number. During checkin they pissed me off , they saw I am with my bag and still they ask me where are you going. I said checkin , then they asked me my name…… complete mockery of themselves. And trust me they don’t look smart when they ask this question , they make a fool of themselves. If you don’t want people to come here, close the reservation. You pay money and then you are looked as if you are an alien. This hotel lacks a service culture. No smile everyone looks sad.
