Positive: Great place to unwind! Spacious, comfy, and super neat. It's a bit of a trek to the city centre, but transport's cheap so no biggie. Room's kitted out with AC, washing machine, iron - everything worked a treat. Plus, they gave us a personal safe and WiFi. Lovely environment, perfect for families and kids 😊

Negative: Warning: Money Stolen from Room 😔 I'm torn about my stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely, location was about 40mins drive to the airport (but transport fare is cheap), and the hotel was neat and quiet. However, my experience was ruined when my money went missing from my room. On the 4th day, I requested room service and left the room unattended. When I returned, the cleaner handed me 50 Egyptian pounds she'd found on the bed, but I didn't check the wardrobe where I'd stored my money. It wasn't until checkout the next day that I realised my envelope of US dollars was missing. There were two people in the room a man and the woman who handed the 50 pounds. The dollar notes was placed neatly in a green envelop of ramsden jewelry in the wardrobe. Despite reporting it, no one seems to have seen anything. I'm really disappointed as I'm sure my money didn't just vanish. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste, hence my low score.
