Positive: Everything was exceptionally beyond expectations! Although the unit is located on the rooftop of a rundown building, it didn't matter to us because that's the condition of all buildings in Alex, plus once you step inside the unit you feel as if you are in a very luxurious place! The view was out of this world! You basically get a panoramic birdeye view of Stanley Bridge which is quite amazing. The facilities and amenities were in great working condition. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The proximity of the location to supermarkets, coffeeshops and restaurants was a huge bonus. The staff were so friendly and very responsive. We called them late evening because we had trouble opening one of the doors and they instantly called the janitor who was able to resolve the issue. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be coming here again.

Negative: They seriously need to fix the locks on all three doors. We struggled opening all three of them.
