Summary: The room was really clean, specially Mrs Aya El Said was very nice and always make sure we don't miss anything. In the general, the customer service was great and Mr. Ayman Zein answered all our request. At the pool, it was very clean and the staff really paid attention to our needs, specifically Michael.
