Positive: Staff were very friendly and almost everyone speaks English. Heated pool is awesome and also the sea was the best we saw in Egypt. Market is nearby with good prices. Food was great! Noone has any health troubles from drink or food. Garden is very nice too, they are taking care of the grass and flowers every day.

Negative: Beverages are horrible and very poor quality, alcohol tastes the same, ouzo was some fake one. I would prefer soft all inclusive with real coca cola, sprite, etc. than this. I was not expecting much but it was disappointing. Also the popcorn snd cotton candy was a little scam to the guests with children, because there were not mentioned that it’s paid anywhere. Also the facility of the room is quite outdated and room should be cleaned better but our cleaning guy was very helpful :) but the bed had good mattress and it was bug free which is most important. Big minus were the mosquitoes, receptionist was helpful and sent someone to spray our room but It didnt help at all. Every day we killed about 100 mosquitoes and sprayed all Raid can out but still had been attacked by the little bast**ds. I know it’s hard to solve it but i would expect some fly nets and spray st the room or the electric trap or something.
