Positive: My stay was peaceful and relaxing, with a spacious and very clean room, excellent daily housekeeping, and truly outstanding support from the Guest Relations team - especially Noura, who was incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant served fresh, delicious food in a beautiful setting, and the hotel's quiet location offered much-needed tranquility. However, there were a few downsides: the fitness area, despite having good equipment, was poorly maintained; the balcony was dusty and lacked lighting; the TV didn't work due to weak internet; and transportation was challenging, with hotel transfers and local taxis being significantly overpriced compared to Uber. The area also felt quite empty during this season, with limited activities nearby. Overall, a calm and comfortable stay with excellent service, but with some practical aspects that could be improved The room was very spacious, comfortable, and overall extremely clean. Housekeeping was done daily, and both the towels and bed linens were always fresh and impeccable. The only small downside was the balcony, which was quite dusty (likely due to the strong winds at this time of year) and had no outdoor light. The TV also barely works because there is no proper internet connection, and even screen-mirroring is not possible. Having access to Netflix or another streaming option would greatly improve the guest experience The hotel is located in a more secluded area, which provides a peaceful and quiet atmosphere - exactly what I needed. However, it also means there are very few activities around, and the whole area feels quite empty during this season. A special mention goes to the restaurant Bambouni, recommended to me by Noura. It was an amazing surprise - beautiful Greek-inspired concept, excellent food, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. The prices are high for Egypt, but the quality was outstanding. The restaurant offers very fresh and tasty food, with a beautiful and Instagram-friendly setting.

Negative: The hotel is wonderfully quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting. However, taxis are an issue: while Uber from the airport costs around €12, the hotel charges €40 for the same transfer, and local taxis rarely accept anything below €25, which becomes tiring for guests. The fitness area has great machines but is poorly maintained - dusty, without water or towels available. A huge shoutout to Noura from Guest Relations: extremely kind, helpful, and always available. Her recommendations truly improved my stay.
