A very special mention must go to Mr Nader, the General Manager, whose respect, attention to detail, and absolute professionalism set the tone for the entire hotel. His presence and leadership are clearly reflected in the exceptional standards throughout our stay. Equally deserving of praise is Mr Hani, the Hotel Manager, who went out of his way to accommodate even our smallest requests with genuine warmth and care.
