Positive: "I recently stayed at this hotel and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, everything was perfect. First, I want to thank the entire staff for their incredible hospitality. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. A special shout-out to the Animation Team! They brought so much energy and fun to the atmosphere. Their activities were engaging and they really know how to keep the guests entertained and happy. I also want to give a very special thanks to Costa. He is an absolute asset to this hotel. His professionalism, helpfulness, and great attitude truly stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable.
