Positive: The absolute friendliest staff. The owner arranged a last-minute airport transfer for us, waited for us at 4 in the morning, and let us do an early check-in. We even got breakfast on the morning we did the early check-in. Speaking of breakfast, it was truly amazing. The food and fruit juice were very good. The room was really nice and clean. It had an air-conditioned for hot nights. However, we had the opposite problem, as it was a bit chilly in the room. They brought a small electric heater for us that did the trick. Hot water in the shower and WiFi that worked well. We even got upgraded to a room with a view to the pyramids. Thanks! There is an amazing view from the rooftop terrace as well. The location is close to the pyramids, but the hotel itself feels like a small, peaceful oasis. They had a pool, many different seating areas outside for lounging, and really cute ducks walking around in the backyard! The owner arranged all of our excursions for a really fair price. We had an amazing stay, thank you!
