Positive: We absolutely loved our stay. From the very first moment, everything was perfect. The hostess truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and happy, always available, attentive, and genuinely kind. They are constantly willing to please, and nothing is ever missing. The breakfast is excellent, very good quality and highly varied. The breakfast area itself is stunning, located upstairs on the terrace with an incredible panoramic view over the river. The setting of the property is simply breathtaking. It is directly in front of the river, surrounded by beautiful palm trees, with the desert rising just behind it, the Aswan desert in southern Egypt. The contrast between the river, the palms, the desert, and the city nearby creates an extraordinary and unforgettable landscape. They helped us organise every excursion we wanted, always at very fair, correct, and reasonable prices. We went to Abu Simbel with them and absolutely loved it. We also did a sunset felucca ride and it was magical. They assisted us in visiting the Temple of Philae as well, making everything easy and perfectly organised. They are always there to help with whatever the guest wants. Another great highlight is the boat service. Boats cross every few minutes, day and night, and the crossing takes no more than two minutes. Staying on a Nubian island might sound complicated at first, but it is actually extremely easy and very convenient. The facilities are of very high quality, truly five star level. They also offer personalised à la carte dinners, which are excellent and can be prepared at any time you wish. There is no fixed schedule here. You are on holiday, and they fully respect that freedom. The atmosphere is pure paradise. It is peaceful and quiet, with only the sound of birds, yet the city is right there at your feet. If we ever return to Aswan, this is without any doubt where we will stay again. The best accommodation in Aswan, an authentic paradise that we highly recommend.
