Summary: We had to change rooms twice in a two-night stay at this hotel due to having difficulty to sleep around noisy neighbors around us. We are disappointed with the manner in which the male managers handled our situation and treated us. At checkout they were short and unfriendly, not even inquiring about the rest of our stay with them. No goodbyes, no thanks. We would not recommend this place to travelers no matter how nice the pictures look at the different booking websites. The female staff were kind and friendly we must say.
